Each Aerogeline Cover is custom-engineered based on the application and operational requirements of the insulated component. Parameters such as the type and thickness of the insulation core, inner and outer fabric, thread specification, and attachment method are selected to ensure optimal performance and durability. The result is a solution that integrates seamlessly with technological systems and performs exactly as intended.

Thanks to the use of aerogel-based insulation, the thermal covers can operate in a temperature range from -200°C to +675°C. Suitable for indoor and outdoor environments, the covers remain effective under extreme conditions due to their hydrophobic and vapor-permeable properties and highly resistant outer fabrics, which withstand both weather and chemical exposure.
