Using mats on pipelines guarantees long-term optimal thermal insulation. Additionally, due to properties such as hydrophobicity and vapor permeability, they provide anti-corrosion protection — the mats do not promote corrosion. Often, using mats on pipelines resolves collision problems caused by too thick standard insulation, also in elements requiring thinner thermal insulation or proper isolation of supports and clamps by applying multiple layers of material (several centimeters of thermal insulation thickness) depending on the medium’s parameters. For high-temperature pipelines, EVERGEL and PYROGEL mats are ideal due to their low Lambda values, minimal thickness, and fire class A2-s1,d0, ensuring long-term effectiveness with quick and easy installation. Thermal calculations and tailored solutions are provided based on given input parameters.
