Aerogel Mats, AEROGELINE Covers

AEROGEL MATS are widely used across various industrial sectors. Owing to their extremely low thermal conductivity, they are frequently chosen where traditional insulation methods—such as polystyrene, mineral wool, or polyurethane foam—are insufficient. Aerogel mats perform excellently in many fields, including construction, energy, petrochemical, fuel, and in the insulation of consumer electronics and household appliances.

The core component of our mats is aerogel, which consists of more than 90–99.8% air. The remainder is a nanoporous material created by removing the liquid phase from a silica gel. This unique structure makes aerogel an ideal thermal insulator, with an exceptionally low thermal conductivity of λ = 0.012–0.016 W/m·K, compared to λ = 0.030–0.045 W/m·K for mineral wool.

Thanks to its nanoporous structure, aerogel also offers excellent acoustic insulation. It is completely non-combustible and highly resistant to chemical substances. Aerogel-based mats are also water-resistant and reinforced with special strengthening fibers. They are easy to shape, cut, and machine.

AEROGELINE COVERS are widely used in many industrial sectors, including construction, energy, petrochemical, and fuel industries. With a very low thermal conductivity, they are ideal wherever traditional insulation materials like polystyrene, mineral wool, or polyurethane foam fail to meet the demands.

They are perfect for thermal insulation of all types of machines, devices, and transmission installations. Like the mats, the main component of these covers is aerogel, consisting of more than 90–99.8% air. The rest is a nanoporous material derived from silica gel after the removal of its liquid content. This structure makes aerogel an exceptional thermal insulator with a conductivity coefficient of λ = 0.012–0.016 W/m·K.

AEROGELINE covers are non-combustible and highly resistant to chemical substances. They are water-resistant due to embedded reinforcing fibers and are easy to shape during cutting, laminating, mounting, or folding.
