AEROGELINE COVERS

AEROGELINE covers are widely used across multiple industries, including construction, energy, petrochemical, and fuel sectors. They are characterized by an exceptionally low thermal conductivity, making them a preferred choice wherever traditional insulation materials like polystyrene, mineral wool, or polyurethane foam fall short. They are ideal for thermal insulation of all kinds of machinery, equipment, and transmission systems. The core material of our covers is aerogel, composed of more than 90–99.8% air. The remaining content is a nanoporous material created by removing the liquid phase from silica gel. This unique structure makes aerogel a superb thermal insulator, with a remarkably low thermal conductivity of λ = 0.012–0.016 W/m·K. AEROGELINE covers are non-combustible and highly resistant to chemical exposure. Their water resistance is enhanced by embedded reinforcement fibers. They are also easy to shape, cut, laminate, install, or fold—making them both efficient and versatile in application.
